Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Prepare frozen yogurt, toppings, and condiments for guest. Prepare coffee and other beverages accurately. Operate POS system and handle cash and card transactions. Maintain cleanliness of counters, machines, dining areas, floors, & dishes. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and shop SOPs. Restock toppings, cups, and supplies as needed. Assist with opening and closing duties as scheduled. Able to complete any additional duties that may be assigned. Qualifications. Positive attitude and strong customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Previous food service or retail experience preferred, but not required. Must obtain Idaho Food Handlers Card with in 2 weeks of hire date.
