JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS:
The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements across two markets: Northern Kentucky and Southern Indiana. This role plays a critical part in maintaining service excellence and safeguarding client well-being through proactive monitoring, auditing, and continuous improvement initiatives. The QA Manager will lead quality efforts, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with program leadership to implement corrective actions and quality improvement initiatives.
