Employer Relations Specialist - Financial Services
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Employer Relations to serve as a vital link between our organization and leading financial institutions. In this role, you will cultivate partnerships with companies in the financial industry, helping to create impactful opportunities for our graduate students and alumni. - Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
- Must have comprehensive knowledge of the financial industry, including the ability to understand key firm distinctions and functions within the sector

- Ability to research and identify potential finance organizations interested in internships and full-time roles
- Comfort working in a hybrid setting, with at least two days on campus, and a schedule starting at 9 am
- Prior experience working in or with investment banking, asset management, hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, or financial consulting firms
- Familiarity with event planning and employer outreach strategies
- Previous experience in recruiting, employer relations, or business development within financial services
