Treasury Operations Specialist

6-Month Contract | St. Petersburg, FL | On-site

This role supports business and commercial clients by helping set up and maintain treasury and cash management services. You'll be the main point of contact between clients, relationship managers, and internal teams to make sure everything is set up correctly and runs smoothly.

What you'll do:

• Help onboard business clients with treasury products like ACH, Positive Pay, FTP, and reporting tools
• Make sure all required treasury documents are completed and approved before services go live
• Support relationship managers and internal teams with client requests and questions
• Assist with projects and daily tasks for the commercial client service team
• Meet service deadlines and handle urgent requests accurately

• Follow banking regulations (BSA, AML, OFAC)
• Report any suspicious activity as required

• 1-3 years of banking or treasury experience
• Experience supporting business or commercial clients (not just consumers)
• Familiarity with treasury products, deposit accounts, and online banking platforms
• Comfortable using systems like Microsoft Office and Salesforce

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting clients in industries like real estate, healthcare, government, or industrial sectors
