Job Title: ServiceNow SME ITAM

Location: New York (Hybrid)

Job Description:

• 10 to 12 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment.
• Hands-on experience in implementing APM, SPM, TPM in ServiceNow
• Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes.
• Develop ServiceNow ITBM configuration, including Configuration Item relationships for Business Capabilities, Information Objects, Business Applications, and Application Services
• Deep technical understanding of various application phases and business or application functions.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Reporting, including building custom Reports and Dashboards for various modules.
• Knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM, APM implementations in ServiceNow.

• ServiceNow Administration certification
• ServiceNow APM Implementation Specialist Certification (+various tracks)
