Business Development Manager - Facilities Management (Remote, U.S.)

Location: Company based in Dallas, TX | Role is remote with required travel
Territory: Nationwide

We're partnering with a growing facilities-focused organization that is expanding its national footprint and looking to add a seasoned Business Development Manager with deep experience in facilities management and multi-site retail portfolios.

This role is ideal for someone who already knows the facilities world, understands how national accounts operate, and has existing relationships with large, multi-location brands.

What You'll Do

• Drive new business growth within the facilities management space, focusing on national and regional multi-site accounts
  
• Leverage existing relationships with brands managing 50-100+ locations per region
  
• Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities across retail, convenience, logistics, and commercial portfolios
  
• Work closely with internal operations and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success
  
• Attend client meetings, industry events, and travel as needed to support business development efforts
  

What We're Looking For

• Proven business development or sales experience within facilities management
  
• Existing relationships with national or large regional brands
  
• Experience supporting or selling into portfolios of 50-100+ stores/sites
  
• Strong understanding of facilities services, vendor management, and portfolio-level decision-making
  
• Ability to work remotely while managing a national territory
  
• Comfortable with travel as required
