Job Summary:
As a Senior Design Program Manager, you will be pivotal in overseeing the Buyer and Seller experience projects, utilizing AI and modern technology to enhance product cycle efficiency and market performance. You'll partner closely with Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver high-quality, innovative releases on time. Your role will emphasize leadership in user-centered design processes, optimizing team effectiveness, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize the design process to meet project goals effectively.
• Own key timelines, roadmaps, and execution plans, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with global product team partners to enhance effectiveness and job satisfaction.
• Utilize common tools for tracking and prioritizing work, ensuring alignment across all team members.
• Maintain agility across various organizational teams, delivering plans that cater to UX, Content, and Research needs.
• Promote a supportive culture and inclusion, creating a conducive environment for team excellence.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong expertise in Program Management and Design Operations.
• Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Industry Experience:
Significant experience (8-10+ years) in digital consumer experience design, particularly in agile environments.
