Growing fintech company who helps businesses with accounting and advisory services is seeking a client service advisor to join their team. The Senior Client Advisor manages a portfolio of clients and serves as their primary financial partner, delivering high-quality accounting and advisory services. This role combines client leadership, team oversight, and hands-on accounting in a fast-paced, cloud-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
• Deliver monthly financial reviews, close processes, and accurate financial reporting.
• Lead and review the work of 1-3 bookkeepers across AP/AR, reconciliations, and transaction processing.
• Manage month-end close, general ledger, and accrual-based accounting.
• Reconcile tax returns to financial records and resolve discrepancies.
• Drive service quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Implement and manage cloud accounting tools and integrations.
• Identify process improvements and recommend technology to increase efficiency.

• 3+ years experience leading bookkeepers or staff accountants.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms.
• Background in public accounting, consulting, or professional services.
• Strong accrual accounting expertise; experience across SMB, tech, e-commerce, or real estate a plus.
