Location: Remote

Type: Full-Time, Temporary (March 9 - August 31)

GP Strategies is seeking a New Hire Orientation Training Coordinator to play a key role in delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for campus hires. This is your chance to work on a high-impact program that spans multiple regions and ensures new employees feel welcomed, informed, and inspired from day one.

What You'll Do
  • Branding & Swag: Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to select, order, and deliver branded gifts and event materials.
  • Catering: Plan and order meals and beverages for program sessions and social events, ensuring everything stays within budget.
  • Room Booking: Secure classrooms and event spaces across regions for all sessions during the five-week program.
  • Impact Surveys: Create and manage participant surveys in Qualtrics and report on feedback.
  • Vendor Management: Support contracting workflows, vendor scheduling, and event delivery coordination.
  • Budget Tracking: Assist with spend tracking and reconciliation using the Client's Spend Management System (SMS).
  • Mailbox Management: Monitor shared mailboxes, respond to inquiries, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Event Support: Ensure smooth execution of all operational aspects during the program.
What You Bring

  • Ability to manage high email volumes and competing priorities.
  • Quick learner with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and workflow tools.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to assist with weekend mailbox coverage during July event dates
