Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site reactive service for CareFusion Pyxis automated dispensing systems in healthcare facilities.
• Service hardware and software system components, participate in installations, upgrades, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Perform pre-installation testing, reconfiguring, and documentation of technical issues for Pyxis systems.
• Deliver technical support to resolve issues related to proprietary software and hardware.
• Evaluate and prioritize service orders, handling problem recognition, isolation, and resolution.
• Interview customers to gather information and lead diagnostic procedures.
• Log and track service order activity in CRM and consult with advanced team members for complex issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage parts per company policy.

• Flexible with shift coverage in a 24x7 environment.
• Prior 24x7 field customer service experience required.
• Strong customer service skills and experience in a Technology or Healthcare-related field preferred.
• Military experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and compliance with auto safety standards.
• Minimum 2 years PC experience;networking experience required.
• A certification preferred;experience with automation equipment in healthcare is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 90 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Proof of current immunizations required for healthcare facility access.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in the medical device, biologic, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic industry.
