Allies4Outcomes is seeking veteran Child Welfare supervisors, program managers, and program administrators who have been in these roles in an NC Department of Social Services for 7-10 years or more OR who are retired from these positions. We have a need across the state for these interim roles to step in while Counties are hiring for open positions to continue to ensure oversight, two-level decision-making and ongoing support of the workforce. Only applicants who have 7-10 years of experience in NC will be considered.
