What You'll Do:

• Lead the tax compliance process for real estate partnerships, ensuring excellence across federal and state returns.
• Take the stage with clients - deliver proactive communication, insight, and solutions that exceed expectations.
• Manage financial performance, engagements, and client relationships with confidence and precision.
• Mentor, coach, and elevate the next generation of tax professionals within your team.
• Be the trusted advisor clients turn to for clarity, creativity, and strategic thinking.
• Stay ahead of evolving tax laws and lead process improvements to enhance client outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

• BA/BS in Accounting + CPA required.
• 9+ years of progressive public accounting experience with strong real estate/partnership expertise.
• 2+ years leading tax management teams.
• A natural communicator with presence - able to inspire confidence, hold attention, and lead client conversations with authority.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills with a track record of delivering results.
