Responsibilities

What You'll Do
Oversee daily restaurant operations, lead and develop hourly and supervisory teams, ensure food quality and service standards, manage labor and inventory, maintain a clean and safe restaurant, and drive a positive, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Experience in casual Mexican dining is a plus
• Strong people leadership and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Guest-focused with a hands-on leadership style
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift as needed
