G MASS Consulting are seeking a consultant to support a Broadridge Impact implementation within our client's Business Management & Change function. The role will play a key part in bridging the gap between Technology and Finance, with a strong focus on UAT execution and parallel run (PRO) from a finance and regulatory perspective.

This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone early-mid career with solid exposure to UATs, financial products and reconciliation within a markets environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of UATs with a focus on Finance and regulatory requirements
• Run and support parallel (PRO) testing alongside business users
• Validate test cases and ensure appropriate coverage
• Perform file and data reconciliation between systems
• Identify, manage and track errors during testing cycles
• Prepare documentation for internal reporting and user sign-off evidence
• Support Finance users during testing as required

Requirements

• 2–4 years' relevant experience in a financial services or consulting environment

• Strong written and spoken English
• Hands-on experience executing UATs and managing test cases

• Experience with reconciliation, error management, reporting, and follow-up
• Understanding of markets and financial products (e.g. REPOs, securities lending, cash pledge, bonds)
• Accounting and finance knowledge, particularly accounting treatment of REPOs and bonds
• Experience supporting data migration between systems
