SNI Financial has been engaged by a leading Private Equity roll?up platform seeking a hands?on, execution?driven CFO to join senior leadership as a result of rapid growth. The role owns all financial operations, drives M&A integration discipline, and builds scalable infrastructure across a rapidly growing multi?entity portfolio. This position offers significant influence, autonomy, and long?term value creation for executives with deep PE?backed, multi?acquisition experience.

This comes with a generous base salary + bonus + equity in the business. ~25% travel EST.

Location & Compensation

Boston, MA $200,000.00-$300,000.00

Qualifications

• 15+ years progressive finance leadership, ideally in PE?backed environments
• Proven roll?up experience managing 5+ entities and scaling from ~$50M to $200M+
• At least 15+ post?close integrations into a master ERP (non?negotiable)
• Strong construction, HVAC, or project?based accounting experience
• Early?stage company experience; ability to build processes, controls, and reporting from scratch
• Experience leading audits across multiple subsidiaries
• Strong stakeholder management: founders, acquired leadership teams, lenders, and PE partners
• CPA preferred
