What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Collaborate with Sr. Art Directors and Creative Director on seasonal editorial campaigns for Baby & Toddler
  • Lead the planning and execution of seasonal photoshoots, including creating creative briefs and managing on-set direction
  • Oversee photography edits and post-production processes, ensuring alignment with brand standards
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all channels
  • Stay updated on trends in fashion and culture to innovate and enhance the creative voice of the brand

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelors degree in Design, Photography, Advertising, or related field
  • 4+ years of art direction experience in fashion retail or a related industry
  • On-set photoshoot experience with the ability to direct and manage location sets
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, Keynote, and Mural programs
  • Experience managing large cross-functional teams and guiding layout artists
