Responsible for Internal/ External phone calls and guest service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Walking the grounds to make sure all doors are secure. Answer internal/ External calls from guests needing supplies or wanting to make a reservation. Closing down hot tubs at night. Restock supplies at the front desk, lobby and gift shop, notify manager of supplies needed. Resolve problems arising from guest complaints, reservation and room assignment activities. Provide feedback to the other shifts and supervisor/manager. Such other appropriate duties as may be required. Requirements Pre-Employment Requirements: Reference check. Education and/or Experience:High school diploma or equivalent. Consistent employment history. Technical Skills:Knowledge of Word and Excel required.
