The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategic plans to drive sales growth throughout North America, outperforming sales targets while expanding the companys presence and market share. This leader will build and lead Fluences Industrial Water and Reuse business in North America, focusing on business development activities that create and advance new opportunities across the full sales cycle from qualifying leads and customer engagement to proposal, negotiation, and close.
This role requires a hands-on sales leader who thrives on both developing high-level growth strategies and rolling up their sleeves to directly engage customers, negotiate agreements, and close deals.
