What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead EHR optimization efforts for assigned projects, coordinating assessments and identifying areas for improvement
- Provide EHR expertise by developing educational materials and identifying common approaches for practices
- Facilitate data exchange to ensure accurate quality measure generation and reporting
- Independently manage multiple projects while effectively communicating progress to stakeholders
- Deliver detailed training content on complex material to various client stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-6 years of experience working as a client-facing project lead in the healthcare industry
- Previous implementation or optimization experience with top-tier ambulatory EHRs and practice management software
- A Bachelors degree is required, or significant relevant work experience in lieu of educational requirements
- Strong organizational skills, project management capabilities, and effective communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with EHR systems such as Epic Ambulatory, NextGen, Athena, Greenway, or eClinicalWorks
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with team members
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
