They deliver this through the use of NetSuite and the implementation of leading business practices, while considering cross-functional integrated solution impacts. Essential Duties:

• Own and design end to end NetSuite implementation solutions based on leading practices (including cross-functional, third party integration considerations), interacting directly with senior-level client personnel.
• Assist clients in defining their NetSuite Implementation project objectives and scope, engaging change management processes as necessary.
• Lead business requirement discovery and process mapping sessions including, but not limited to: company setup, order to cash, revenue management, Zone Advanced Billing, procure to pay, financial reporting, and fixed assets management.
• Oversee project progress and ensure project deliverables and success. Mitigate any risk that arises and escalate through the proper channels where appropriate.
• Drive the customer's initial development, testing, training and adoption of leading practices within NetSuite to build a strong foundation before, during and after the initial system rollout.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional team members and clients.
• Project governance, including hours tracking, requirements documentation, testing documentation, source code repository protocols, and other related activities.
• Continuing education to advance skills, which may include a combination of self-study and instructor led training, seminars, certifications, etc.

Role Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a NetSuite Implementation Consultant with experience leading the design of end to end solutions.
• Zone Advanced Billing (ZAB) and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) implementation specialty and certification highly preferred.
• Keen ability to understand business needs and translate into functional requirements, then build out system-based and process-oriented solutions and effectively position them to customers to drive value.
• Experience with third party integrations into NetSuite, and related design considerations and impacts.
• Experience testing NetSuite application instances to successfully validate application setups, including input to test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts is required.
• Ability to assess functional and technical gaps in designs.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to foster internal and customer relationships.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems or other related disciplines.
• NetSuite Certifications highly preferred (ERP, ARM, Multi-Book, Financial User, Administrator, SuiteFoundation, etc.).
• Ability to travel as needed.

Work Hours, Availability and Responsiveness:

• Regular business hours are 9 am to 6 pm CST, regardless of whether working on site or remotely, unless a customer engagement establishes different working hours
• Attendance/participation in customer meetings and calls is a critical part of our business – availability (or lack thereof) must be clearly communicated in advance
• At all times, Supervisors must be made aware of work schedules, work locations, personal time off (“PTO”), etc., and PTO must be approved in advance and may be subject to limitations depending on customer projects and key milestones/delivery dates
• Unless on approved PTO, all emails and phone calls must be responded to within one (1) business day, but preferably, by end of the same business day

Working Environment/Special Demands:

• Combination of in-office work and remote/home-based work
• Extended periods of time interfacing with a computer
• Extended periods of time sitting
• Open-office environment where background noise is common, including phone calls, ancillary conversation, traffic, etc.
• Project-based travel to customer sites for kickoff sessions, user acceptance events, go-live events, etc. Travel is estimated to be 20% to 25% of total hours worked over a period of time
