Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Financial Marketing Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our financial products and services. The Financial Marketing Advisor will work closely with various internal teams to ensure that all marketing efforts are compliant with relevant regulations and effectively reach our target audience.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote financial products and services, including but not limited to banking, investment, insurance, and lending products.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure consistency in messaging.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events, to attract and retain customers.

- Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and make data-driven recommendations for marketing initiatives.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

- Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant financial regulations and guidelines, such as those set forth by regulatory bodies like the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) is a plus.

- Proven experience in financial services marketing, with a strong understanding of the industry's unique challenges, regulations, and best practices.

- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and analytics platforms.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of compliance requirements related to financial marketing is highly desirable.
